MillTown is seeking a skilled Inside Sales professional to join our team. We specialize in delivering high-quality plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical services to residential and commercial customers in northeast Massachusetts.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Achieve profitable revenue.
• Work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure desired sales metrics.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
• Follow up and create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
• Covert lost opportunities to sales from comfort advisors proposals.
• Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
• Get potential customers excited about Milltown Plumbing & Heating, Inc. and encourage them to spread the word.
• Participate actively in all training.
• Become an expert in your market area, know the customer needs.
• Help set aggressive sales plans.
• Additional duties as needed.
