Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations management
• Support order fulfillment and track shipments
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
• Drive customer problem resolutions through collaboration with internal team
• Build relationships through consistent, reliable communication
• Support outside sales efforts in account maintenance, RFQs, and quote generation
• Develop comprehensive understanding of vendor product offerings and applications
• Maintain accurate documentation in ERP systems
• Communicate with internal team and vendors on all order discrepancies
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
