Job summary

Bray Commercial, a division of Bray International, Inc., seeks an Inside Sales Representative to join the team at its Houston, TX headquarters. The role provides constant customer contact, builds and enhances business relationships, and serves an assigned territory with the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities include working with outside sales to grow Bray Commercial products, processing orders, preparing quotes and pricing agreements, following up on quotations, and

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in an industrial sales environment is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365: Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with outside sales to grow Bray Commercial products within assigned territory.
• Process customer orders efficiently through Bray’s operating system.
• Prepare verbal and written price quotations and pricing agreements.
• Follow up sales quotations in a timely manner.
• Provide premier customer service via phone, fax, and email.
• Coordinate with Production to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Process credits and returns.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist other inside team members during peak workloads.
