You will coordinate with yard staff and support Account Managers with order status and problem resolution. The position emphasizes building relationships, product knowledge, and teamwork in a fast-paced lumber environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited institution or commensurate industry experience.

• Strong collaboration and innovative problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers by phone with pricing and delivery info.
• Assist walk-in customers at the counter with product info.
• Provide pricing/quotes from pricebooks and product details.
• Coordinate orders with yard personnel.
• Inform Account Managers about order status and issues.
• Participate in physical inventories and maintain product knowledge.
