Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, seeks an inside sales/counter sales role in our Myrtle Beach office, handling product inquiries and customer orders with dispatch coordination.

The position combines customer service with support for outside sales and requires proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook, plus prior sales experience. Bilingual English/Spanish and forklift experience are a plus. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Previous sales experience required.
• Experience with multi-line phone system preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer calls and provide support in person.
• Refer to catalogs and guides to determine product uses.
• Coordinate with outside sales on promotions and initiatives.
• Help customers with design ideas and provide feedback to management.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with dispatch and keep customers informed.
• Retrieve information for the credit department as needed.
