Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. in Calhoun, LA, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue, build strong customer relationships, and ensure a seamless rental experience from start to finish.

The ISR will identify customer needs, propose equipment solutions, develop new accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence. This role is approximately 80% office-based and 20% in the yard, with opportunities to cross-train and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Degree required or equivalent experience in sales or related field.
• Strong customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Ability to upsell, identify opportunities, and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand equipment needs and recommend rental solutions.
• Use suggestive selling and upselling to increase revenue.
• Proactively identify and open new customer accounts.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up with leads and prospects.
• Document leads and activities in Salesforce and follow up on opportunities.
