Ben Tire Distributors is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our warehouse team in a full-time, in-person capacity. You will maintain direct communication with tire dealers, provide detailed product information, and craft tailored solutions to meet client needs.

The role involves entering orders, processing invoices, coordinating with logistics for timely deliveries, and supporting payments and credit documentation.

Qualificações

• 18 Years of Age or Older.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Valid Driver's License w/ Safe Driving Record.
• Successful Completion of Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Screening.

Responsabilidades

• Understand client needs and offer reliable solutions.
• Provide customers with information on tire brands, sizing, pricing, availability, and shipping dates.
• Work closely with logistics to ensure timely product delivery for customers.
• Enter orders and process invoices using the POS system.
• Provide general office assistance at your location.
• Assist with applying payments to customer accounts and documenting payments for the credit department.
• Other duties as assigned.
