Job summary

Ben Tire Distributors is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to keep our warehouse operations running smoothly in our in-person facility. You will load and unload trucks, pull tires for routes, receive tires and accessories, and organize stock to ensure accurate, efficient deliveries.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (or supervised experience), a valid driver's license, and a willingness to become forklift certified.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED or 6 months supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to get forklift certification.
• Successful background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Pull tires for delivery routes.
• Receive all tires and accessories.
• Designate and organize the warehouse stock.
• Operate a forklift, squeeze truck, and man lift in a safe manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In-person

Work Environment: Warehouse Environment

Weekly Day Range: Monday to Friday w/ Weekend Availability as Needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Pull tires for delivery routes.
• Receive all tires and accessories.
• Designate and organize the warehouse stock.
• Operate a forklift, squeeze truck, and man lift in a safe manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Experience:

• Warehouse Experience:1 year (Preferred)

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours per day.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis.
