Job summary

FCX Performance is seeking an Inbound-Inside Sales Representative who will build and expand relationships with current customers and our outside sales team. You’ll handle inbound/outbound calls, process orders, provide technical information, and support quotes from vendors in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

The role emphasizes problem solving, customer service excellence, and collaboration with the sales team to drive satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Inside Sales/Customer Service role within the industrial marketplace and/or mechanically inclined preferred.
• Experience sizing and selecting Process Flow Control and control instrumentation is helpful.
• Problem solving and reasoning skills.
• Computer proficiency—Epicor P21 a plus!

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and the outside sales team to solve needs and build relationships.
• Sell company products and services via inbound and outbound calls; process orders and inquiries.
• Provide technical and application information.
• Process and expedite orders, customer returns and returns to vendors.
• Sourcing and obtaining quotes; handle correspondences and field calls from customers and the outside team.
