Job summary

FCX Performance, an Applied Industrial Technologies Company, invites applications for an Inbound-Inside Sales Representative / Project Engineer. You will build and expand relationships with customers and our outside sales team, determining process flow control and instrumentation needs while delivering effective solutions.

The role emphasizes quoting, order management, and collaboration with customers, vendors, and project managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, project management or related field preferred.
• Engineering or technical background beneficial but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple quotations and orders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project quotations with engineering team, including material takeoffs and vendor requests.
• Review specifications and bid documents to identify requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain pricing, lead times, and technical info.
• Prepare quotes and supporting docs for proposals.
• Enter and manage orders from PO receipt to invoicing.
• Create and manage vendor POs ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Coordinate internally with PMs, OSRs, purchasing, operations, and accounting.
