Job summary

Weyerhaeuser is seeking an intermediate customer support professional to back up the sales team in Northern California, based in Stockton or Redding. You will enter orders, manage customer data, and assist with returns and credits while maintaining accurate account records.

In this role you will interact daily with sales, support a wide range of products, and help promote services. Strong SAP/ASCEND skills and excellent communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in building products or customer service industry, or 1+ year with WYWe experience.
• Experience with SAP/ASCEND and ERP systems preferred.
• Strong communication and data accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders or assist sellers in order file management to ensure accurate, timely processing.
• Serve as point of contact for customers, addressing routine inquiries and issues.
• Troubleshoot orders and problems, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Process customer requests through SAP MDG and maintain data governance.
