Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service to retail customers via walk-in, phone, or email.
• Engages in selling products and providing estimates/quotes for small packages.
• Enters orders and schedules delivery of products.
• Plans and paces own work to meet daily/weekly productivity goals.
• Participates in coordinating customer workshops.
• Handles simple complaints and forwards complex issues to senior staff.
• Assists with store housekeeping, signage, stocking, and inventory control.
• Follows safety procedures and attends safety meetings.
