Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with new and assigned customer accounts.
• Engage with customers over the phone to drive sales from the inside.
• Promote products and demonstrate product knowledge in communications.
• Follow up on quotes to ensure service and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with multiple locations and departments as needed.
• Assist in training and development when possible.
• Process changes in sales orders and communicate updates.
• Resolve delivery issues, damaged product, and returns.
• Support sales presentations and literature distribution.
