Gillman Home Center in Kentucky is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to assist customers and contractors with project needs. This full-time role (40 hours/week) requires open availability Monday through Sunday, with evenings and weekends.

You will provide excellent service, stay educated on product lines, create quotes and purchase orders, and support deliveries and installations while coordinating with the Sales Manager to resolve issues.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years in building materials/construction industry.
• 1+ years customer service experience.
• Retail experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent service to customers.
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns.
• Advise customers on solutions for projects and add-on sales when appropriate.
• Educate on product lines and changes in offerings.
• Create accurate quotes, purchase orders, and invoices for projects.
