The ideal candidate will assist with lead management, CRM administration, marketing initiatives, and day-to-day sales support activities while helping drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with lead generation, prospect follow-up, and pipeline management activities.
• Manage and maintain accurate customer and prospect information within the CRM system.
• Assist with lead qualification and routing to the appropriate sales team members.
• Coordinate outreach campaigns through email, phone, and marketing channels.
• Track and report on lead activity, campaign results, and sales performance metrics.
• Assist with event coordination, client communications, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between lead generation and conversion efforts.

Qualifications
