Charles Ross & Son Company in Hauppauge, New York, a long-established leader in industrial mixing and blending equipment, is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. This role will support domestic sales, build customer relationships, and manage client accounts on-site.

This position is not remote and may involve occasional travel after product training. The candidate will collaborate with Engineering and Production to identify opportunities and follow up on inquiries to grow

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Proficiency with Email communications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A team player, with friendly demeanor, mechanically inclined, trustworthy and willing to learn.
• Experience in machinery sales is preferred. Technical understanding of industrial process equipment is a plus.
