Job summary

AAA Service is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Golden, CO to turn customer opportunities into results by following up on leads, building strong relationships, and presenting tailored solutions. About the Role

This role is focused on turning customer opportunities into results by following up on leads, building strong customer relationships, and presenting solutions that meet their needs. The Inside Sales Representative partners closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience while achieving sales goals and representing the company with professionalism and exceptional service.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of inside sales, customer service, and call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with CRM or service software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or similar).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
