Auto Club Enterprises seeks an entry-level Sales Agent Trainee based in a branch office to complete a structured training program focused on sales, products, and licensing. Upon successful completion, you will be promoted to a Sales Agent and handle on-site sales activities and client interactions, building a strong foundation for a profitable career.

The role includes paid training and licensing support, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth within the AAA federation.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses.
• P&C license required prior to start; AAA provides study materials; 3–4 weeks to complete.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire.

Job Summary

This is an entry-level opportunity designed to develop into a Sales Agent role. As a Sales Agent Trainee, you will complete a structured training program focused on sales, products, and licensing. Upon successful completion, you will be promoted to a Sales Agent.
