Job summary

All-Tex Pipe and Supply, a Hajoca Corporation company, seeks an Inside Sales & Service Representative in Austin, TX. You will meet sales targets, process orders, and advise customers while growing existing accounts and adding new ones.

Strong customer service, MS Office skills, and product knowledge are expected. Responsibilities include handling telephone sales, assisting in pickup orders, and supporting Counter/Outside Sales as part of the Profit Center team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or inside sales experience.
• Contractor sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Profit Center products preferred.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the sales targets established by your Manager.
• Process Sales Orders and Bids generated through telephone sales transactions.
• Assist customers who pick up their order at our Profit Center.
• Grow sales with existing customers and become their trusted advisor.
• Generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and articulate our solutions.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems, address pricing deductions and material returns timely.
• Support Counter and Outside Sales activities and all Profit Center activities.
