Job summary

Hajoca Corporation is hiring an Inside Sales & Service Representative at our Austin, TX location. The role focuses on processing orders, growing sales, and delivering outstanding customer service in a bustling Profit Center environment.

You will work with a team to meet revenue targets, handle bids, and support counter and field sales. Strong communication and a customer-centric mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales; contractor sales preferred.
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the Manager.
• Work with the Profit Center Manager to set revenue and margin targets.
• Process Sales Orders and Bids from telephone sales.
• Assist customers who pick up orders at the Profit Center.
• Grow sales with existing customers and become their trusted advisor.
• Generate sales leads and develop new customers.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and articulate solutions.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems and returns per policy.
• Support Counter and Outside Sales activities as part of the Profit Center team.
• Notify Credit Manager of changes that may affect credit risk.
• Complete required safety and compliance training.
