DirectOne Recruiters is partnering with a logistics company in Tempe to hire Inside Sales Representatives who will build their own pipeline and drive new business. You’ll be on the phones from day one, managing accounts and growing the book you develop.

Compensation includes a $48,000 annual draw plus uncapped 100% commission with coaching provided during an initial training period. Start date January 4, 2027, with ongoing performance-based earnings potential.

Job Description Inside Sales Rep (Uncapped Commission) — $48,000 Draw + Commission

DirectOne Recruiters is partnering with a logistics company in Tempe to find motivated, driven Inside Sales Representatives who love the thrill of the hunt! We're looking for people who aren't afraid to pick up the phone, build relationships, and go after new business. This isn't a role where you sit back and wait for leads to come to you. You'll be building your own pipeline, bringing in new customers, and growing the accounts you develop.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

• Comfortable with pay tied to performance - not just a flat hourly rate
• Organized and self-directed — you don't need someone standing over you to stay on task
• No sales degree or prior sales experience required

Compensation & training

• $48,000 annual draw plus 100% commission — no cap on what you can earn
• Full paid training before you're expected to hit the phones
• Ongoing coaching and check-ins through your first four months
• Uncapped commission, expect 12-18 months you can make $150k + (uncapped commission)
