DirectOne Recruiters is partnering with a logistics company in Tempe to hire Inside Sales Representatives who will build their own pipeline and drive new business. You’ll be on the phones from day one, managing accounts and growing the book you develop.

Compensation includes a $48,000 annual draw plus uncapped 100% commission with coaching provided during an initial training period. Start date January 4, 2027, with ongoing performance-based earnings potential.

Qualifikationen

• No sales experience required.
• You will build and own your pipeline from day one.
• Pay is tied to performance rather than a flat rate.

Aufgaben

• Make outbound calls daily to build a pipeline of new business from the ground up.
• Manage and grow your own book of accounts.
• Follow a structured onboarding: 3-4 weeks learning the CRM and process, then straight to the phones.
• Track your own pipeline and follow-ups without needing to be reminded.
• Take feedback from coaching sessions and apply it immediately.
• Follow the proven process, don't reinvent the wheel.
