Reece USA is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for Fortiline Waterworks in Knoxville, Tennessee to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.

You’ll work with customers to recommend products, prepare quotes, process orders, and collaborate with Outside Sales and branch teammates to keep operations running smoothly.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in wholesale distribution or a related business.
• Attendance and onsite presence as specified.
• Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.
• Oral and written communication skills.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth, supporting our Outside Sales team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You'll work directly with customers to provide product recommendations, prepare quotes, process orders, check pricing and inventory, and resolve issues along the way. From identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell to following up after a sale, you'll help strengthen customer relationships while contributing to the success of your branch.

YOUR BACKGROUND:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in wholesale distribution or a related business.

• Attendance - Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified.
• Physical Capacities - Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods.
• Operation of Office Equipment - Job requires operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment, including Near Vision, Manual Dexterity, and working in proximity to equipment.
