Job summary

BioPhase is seeking a Shipping Associate in San Diego to support shipping and warehouse operations for a life science company. You will prepare customer orders for shipment, receive and organize inventory, and maintain an accurate warehouse environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of warehouse experience in a regulated environment with experience using forklift equipment. Start ASAP for approximately 2 months with potential extension.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience required.
• Experience in a regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Prepare pallets, including stacking, strapping, shrink-wrapping, and labeling.
• Load and unload materials and assist with product transfers.
• Receive, label, organize, and store incoming products.
• Perform basic inventory and shipping transactions in SAP.
• Complete inventory cycle counts and product putaways.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow established SOPs, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
