Job summary

Buffalo Biodiesel Marketing Services LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative Trainee to join our team in Buffalo, NY. No prior industry experience is required; we’ll teach you what you need to know as we drive sustainability and growth.

Pay starts at $20/hr base with bonus potential for meeting quotas. Schedule is 8am–5pm, with uncapped bonuses, PTO, and life insurance. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, achieving monthly sales objectives, and meticulous activity documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of cold-calling experience.
• Ability to follow the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
• B2B experience is a plus.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office

Buffalo Biodiesel Marketing Services, LLC. is looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative Trainee to join our team.

Pay:

• $20/hr. base pay
• Bonus pay for both residual and contract bonus if you meet quota. Bonus should exceed base pay.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently achieve establish monthly sales objectives
• Maintain a high volume of proactive outbound outreach and live conversation time each day
• Ensure thorough documentation of all activities and timely follow-up with prospects and customers

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of cold-calling experience. Does not need to be specifically within sales
• Ability to follow the entire sales process from prospecting to close
• B2B experience is a plus
• A can-do attitude. Making calls all day is not for everyone, and we get that. Which is why it’s important for us to be transparent about our gold standard.
