Job summary

Ferguson is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to support customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm; location is San Antonio, TX.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales or customer service and knowledge of HVAC or plumbing; CRM and MS Office proficiency are valued. You will collaborate with Sales associates to determine best products, prepare quotations, manage orders, and coordinate deliveries while delivering personalized service to

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.

• Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range

$18.71 - $29.92

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
