Part-Time Inside Sales Representative (Outbound Customer Service)

Location: Provo, UT (Onsite - relocating to Orem, UT in June)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-7:00 PM MST | Optional Saturday AM (extra pay)

Pay: $18/hr base + bonus potential ($200-$700/month average)

Start Dates: May & June 2025

Job Summary -
A premier provider of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical solutions is seeking anInside Sales Team in Utah. We're hiring 8-10 energetic, part-time Inside Sales Reps to join our outbound customer service call center. This is your chance to get in early with a growing group (currently 3 team members, expanding to 15), and work in a modern, high-energy office environment.

In June, we're moving into a brand-new, upscale office in Orem featuring an open floor plan, sports facilities, and even a sauna!

Duties:
  • Place outbound calls to existing customers only-no cold calls!

  • Schedule preventive maintenance appointments and equipment upgrade consultations.

  • Use a state-of-the-art, cloud-based call platform to manage your workflow.

  • Work toward achievable goals with the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions.

  • Grow your skills in a structured, supportive, and fun team environment.

Compensation & Incentives:
  • $18/hour base pay

  • Monthly bonus potential:

    • High performers: $500-$700/month

    • Average: $200-$250/month

  • Commissions are banked during temp period and paid as a signing bonus upon conversion to permanent (typically within 3 months).

  • Weekly pay + Paid training
