Inside Sales Representative – Outbound Phone Sales: Remote Position

Please note that the salary listed is the BASE salary. On target earnings are expected to be $100K+.

Please note: This position is fully remote, but candidates must currently reside in one of the following states:

• Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin.

Our client is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join its growing sales organization. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and is confident closing business over the phone.

Candidates who are available to begin employment on or around November 2, 2026, are strongly preferred.

This is not a traditional appointment-setting or long-cycle sales role. The ideal candidate has experience making high-volume outbound calls, engaging warm or qualified leads, overcoming objections, communicating value, and personally closing the sale- often during the initial conversation or within one to two touch points.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in outbound, phone-based sales
• Experience personally closing sales, rather than primarily setting appointments
• Strong preference for one-call-close or short-cycle sales experience
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, metrics-driven sales environment
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills
• Confident, persuasive, and engaging telephone presence
• Self-motivated, resilient, accountable, and performance-driven
• Ability to work independently and successfully in a remote environment
• Ideally available to start on or around November 2, 2026

Successful candidates may come from a variety of industries, including advertising sales, insurance, consumer services, education, fitness, or other high-volume phone sales environments. Fitness industry experience is not required.
