Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative, Outbound – Responsible for initiating outbound calls to introduce HP products and services, tailoring sales pitches to customer needs, qualifying leads, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve performance targets.
Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing HP products, services, and solutions.
- Develop a solid understanding of HP’s offerings, key features, and benefits to communicate value propositions effectively.
- Deliver sales pitches tailored to customer needs, focusing on the benefits and value of the products or services.
- Identify and qualify potential leads, gathering relevant information and documenting details in the CRM system.
- Participate in promotion campaigns, conveying special offers, discounts, and promotions to potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and customer support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Follow standard policies for responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and addressing concerns.
- Strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call quotas and lead generation goals.
- Contribute to pipeline management and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of customer interactions, conversations, and outcomes.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service techniques.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) or higher secondary education, or equivalent work experience and demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 2–4 years of work experience, preferably in inside sales, tele‑sales, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications
- Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP)

Salary & Benefits
On‑target earnings (OTE) range: $24 to $35 USD per hour (60% salary / 40% incentive mix). Pay varies by location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
