The Inside Sales Representative supports sales as needed and completes outbound sales calls. The Inside Sales Representative is a true multi-tasker who works in many facets while completing operational tasks and providing customer service to internal and external customers. They work cooperatively with the other members of the team to ensure orders are placed correctly and the customer gets exactly what they need. This position requires a customer-service attitude for both internal and external customers.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Answer operational branch calls, assisting and taking ownership of all customer needs.Assist customers with pick-ups and deliveries. Assist walk-in customers (if applicable) with pick-ups and deliveries.Complete outbound sales calls daily per assigned quota.Notates all calls in the rental system via electronic call logs.Routes trucks and has consistent driver communication.
