Inside Sales Representative-Full Time-La Porte (TX), United States

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Services_AME team in the United States.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Create and manage customer information in the company’s ERP business system
  • Support customer visits on site and offsite occasionally
  • Provide project status updates and serve as liaison between operations and customer for updates regarding deliveries, customer service issues, etc.
  • Manage the receipt, review, and processing of all purchase orders associated with their assigned ASM’s and business units
  • Manage the release of all project scopes and project hand-offs to the operations group(s)
  • Facilitate communications between the customer, ASM, and operations group. Perform invoice review and proforma approval.
  • Coordinate and manage as needed the resolution of project issues, questions, and concerns.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with personnel from diverse backgrounds at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Time management skills
  • Understanding of basic financial concepts
  • Bachelor's Degree
