Chroma Systems Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Electrical Safety Test) in Marlborough, MA to support regional managers and drive sales opportunities. The role trains towards a full sales support career in power testing instruments.

Ideal candidates will have prior sales experience, strong communication skills and a basic background in electrical test instrumentation. This is a full‑time, on‑site role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree is preferred, but not required.
• Prior sales experience is required.
• Electrical Test Instrumentation background; a plus.
• Sage CRM experience; a plus.
• Strong written communications, MS Office, CRM, Excel and PC skills.
• Must be able to speak and communicate verbally and respectfully with peers, customers, vendors, etc.
• Must be well-organized and detail oriented to be successful.

Responsabilités

• Develop sales opportunities from daily emails/leads from website by researching and identifying potential accounts.
• Prepare quotations and assist customers with inside sales support and services.
• Support Regional Sales Manager(s) with outside quote requests, freight quotes, entering new companies, contact information, product information, inventory lead time, creating sales reports, scheduling Outlook Meetings, scheduling conference calls, follow ups and filing emails.
• Refresh knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participate in educational opportunities and continue developing product knowledge.

Chroma Systems Solutions, Inc. is a leading designer and manufacturer of power testing instruments and systems including programmable AC Power Source and DC Power Supplies, AC loads and DC Electronic Loads, Digital Power Meters and Automated Testing Systems for applications in LED Lighting, Led Drivers, Aerospace, Defense, Military, Automotive, Medical, Battery, Solar, Marine, and Regulatory Testing.

The Inside Sales Representative will be an integral part to the sales operations and will be assisting our Regional Sales Managers with their assignment territories. This position is a great segway into a sales career within the power testing industry. Qualified applicants can expect a support system designed to train and educate the inside sales into a full support role for their assigned Regional Sales Manager.
