Empower Rental Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative at the Calvert City location to handle customer calls, schedule deliveries, and drive outbound sales quotas. You will work closely with the rental team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Answer operational branch calls and assist, taking ownership of customer needs.
• Assist customers with pick-ups and deliveries; help walk-in customers with pick-ups/deliveries.
• Complete outbound sales calls daily per assigned quota.
• Notate all calls in the rental system via electronic logs.
• Route trucks and maintain driver communications; schedule drivers.
• Schedule truck maintenance and fuel inventory on site.
• Complete call-off number recordings and communicate to customers.
• Complete contract closeouts and rental period invoicing; ensure cycle invoice accuracy.
• Write Purchase Orders and coordinate with Shop Foreman on equipment to orders.
• Assist outside sales representatives and with project execution tasks.

We now have over 36 locations, and we are adding an Inside Sales Representative to our team at the Calvert City store location!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answer operational branch calls assisting and taking ownership of all customer needs.
• Assist customers with pick-ups and deliveries. Assist walk-in customers (if applicable) with pick-ups and deliveries.

• Work with the Shop Foreman or rental shop on equipment assigning to orders.
• Complete truck PPE inventory.
• Assist outside sales representatives.
• Assist with project execution tasks such as answering questions around administration, delivery or invoicing.
• Handles customers’ inquiries/requests in a timely manner.
• Communicates frequently with the customer.
• Maintains a safe work environment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
