Job summary

Hood Distribution in Fort Worth is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. You will collaborate with sales, drivers, warehouse, accounting, purchasing and management to reach and exceed company goals.

Grow customer relations and existing sales through outbound calls, emails, and social selling in a transactional yet consultative environment. Base salary 50k–58k with uncapped commissions and total target comp around 70k.

Job description

Hood Distribution, established in 1899 is a wholesale distributor of lumber, plywood and specialty wood products. We currently have twenty-three locations providing distribution in Arizona, North Texas, the eastern US as well as the Caribbean markets. Our primary customers turn our wood into something special.

If you are a dynamic, high performing individual with a competitive nature who is looking to join an energetic team, our role as an Inside Sales Representative for our new location in Fort Worth is waiting for you. We are looking for an ideal candidate that will work as a team with sales, drivers, warehouse, accounting, purchasing and management to achieve and exceed the goals for the company.

General Duties and Responsibilities include the management of all sales functions, administration, communication and business planning for an assigned geographic territory.

TOTAL TARGET COMPENSATION $70,000.00 (BASE SALARY 50,000-58,000.00 )PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION!
