Job summary

ABC Supply Co. Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in New Jersey to help customers select roofing, siding and window products, enter orders, and coordinate pickups and deliveries. The role emphasizes service, upselling, and accurate account handling.

Qualified applicants typically have 1–2 years in roofing/siding/windows with strong communication, time management, and basic computer skills. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred (roofing supply sales or site work with a crew)

Responsibilities

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise

Pay Rate Information:

$19-21/hr Based on experience and qualifications.
