Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to help customers select roofing, siding, and windows and process orders at our Stratford, CT location.

You will greet customers, assess needs, enter orders, coordinate pickups, and ensure on-time deliveries while upholding world-class service.

Candidates with 1–2 years in roofing/siding and bilingual Spanish/English, plus strong communication skills, are encouraged to apply; we offer benefits after 60 days and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer skills; detail- and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers' needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer's job and up-sell additional products and supplies.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply them to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinate customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for.
• Reordering products to keep shelves well stocked.
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise.

Specific duties may include:

• Determining customers' needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
