Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking Inside Sales Associates to deliver world-class service and help customers purchase roofing, siding, and window products. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of roofing/siding/window experience, excellent communication, and a team-oriented mindset. Benefits include health and retirement plans, paid time off, and a supportive, employee-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers' needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-sell additional products.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payment and apply it to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinate customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for.
• Reorder products to keep shelves well stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns, should they arise.

Specific duties may include:

• Determining customers' needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer's job and up-selling additional products and supplies
