Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Washington state to help customers select roofing, siding, and window products. You will determine customer needs, follow a product checklist, upsell, take orders, and ensure timely deliveries.

• 1–2 years’ experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn systems.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Follow a product checklist and upsell additional items as appropriate.
• Answer phones and enter sales orders accurately.
• Accept payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pick-ups with the warehouse and ensure timely deliveries.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked and manage stock levels.
• Address and resolve service concerns promptly.
