ABC Supply Co. Inc. in Souderton, PA is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to help customers select roofing, siding and window products and to process orders.

You will answer calls, upsell, coordinate pickups, and ensure on-time deliveries, with focus on service and accuracy. The role offers benefits and a collaborative team, with opportunities for growth in a nationwide wholesale distributor.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend products and solutions.
• Follow checklists for each job and upsell additional products.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise.

Specific duties may include:

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise

Specific qualifications include:

• 1-2 years’ experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred (roofing supply sales or site work with a crew)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Detail and service-oriented
