ABC Supply, the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, is hiring an Inside Sales Associate in Corpus Christi. You will determine customer needs, recommend products, process orders, and coordinate pickups and deliveries while maintaining outstanding service.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and a detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate orders and timely inventory.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of roofing, siding, and windows experience preferred.

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and upsell related items.
• Answer phones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and accuracy.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise.
