Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to help customers select roofing, siding, and window products. You will identify needs, follow checklists, and process orders in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills; prior roofing/siding experience is preferred. ABC Supply offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow with a leading building products distributor.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow product/supply checklists and upsell additional products.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and accuracy.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise.
