Job summary

QXO, North America’s largest insulation distributor and installer, seeks a customer service and sales associate to handle quotes, orders, returns, and inquiries while coordinating deliveries and supporting the Outside Sales team.

Candidates should have front-line customer service and sales experience; Spanish bilingual is a plus; ability to learn and relay product information to customers and vendors. Benefits include solid health plans and training.

What You'll Do

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams
• Provide support to Outside Sales team
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services
