Job summary

QXO in Lowell, MA is seeking a proactive customer service and sales support representative to handle quotes, orders, returns, and inquiries. You will coordinate with delivery teams and support the Outside Sales group. Candidates should have frontline customer service skills, introductory sales experience, and preferably a background in building materials.

Spanish bilingual is a plus. The role offers comprehensive benefits and potential for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in construction/building materials is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and customer financial policies.

What you'll do:

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams
• Provide support to Outside Sales team
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services

What you'll bring:

• Previous front-line customer service and sales experience
• Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information
