Job summary

QXO is seeking a front-line customer service and sales associate to handle quotes, orders, returns, and inquiries with a focus on accuracy and speed. You will coordinate deliveries, support the Outside Sales team, and help enforce pricing guidelines while delivering exceptional service.

Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and prior building materials experience is beneficial. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, retirement plan, paid time off and training

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Industry experience in construction/building materials a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Strong communication and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
• Ability to learn and retain product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information, availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and customer financial services policies.

What You\'ll Do

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams
• Provide support to Outside Sales team
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services
