Max Retail is an online marketplace that connects over 2,000 brands and retailers to sell excess inventory. This platform provides exposure to a wide network of online and offline retailers, helping businesses turn inventory faster and improve sell-through rates.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Representative located in our West Palm Beach, FL office. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for cold calling, customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

What You'll Do:

• Research and identify potential leads
• Reach out to prospects via email, phone
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
• Schedule meetings and demos
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Hubspot CRM system
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts
• Continuously learn and improve your sales techniques through coaching and training
