The pay range for this position is $22.80-$29.64. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
JOB PURPOSE:
The Inside Sales Representative role is responsible for generating sales and promoting medical supplies to customers. This role requires building a relationship with customers, medical providers, and health professionals to provide information regarding medical supply products and services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospects, qualifies, and generates sales leads through inbound leads and follow-up on outbound cold calling and emails.
Performs identification of potential sales and marking in order to increase customer base.
Develops and implements sales strategies to obtain new sales orders.
Routes qualified opportunities to the appropriate inside sales executive for further development and closure.
Closes sales and achieves monthly/quarterly sales goals and quotas.
Develops and utilizes product knowledge to identify potential customers and complete sales.
Adheres to regulations and guidelines for HIPAA compliance.
Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience may be considered.
2 Years experience as a medical sales representative or similar role.
Solid presentation skills, ability to demonstrate business acumen and experience in selling products and services.
