Position SummaryInside Sales Representatives play a vital role in driving Empower Pharmacy’s growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting healthcare providers with tailored solutions. This position combines strategic outreach, deep product knowledge, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) expertise to convert prospects into active accounts, fueling revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. Through consistent performance tracking and proactive engagement, the role directly aligns with Empower’s mission to expand access to innovative, high-quality, and affordable medications.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesWhile performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently use their hands and fingers to handle or feel in order to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The employee is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus.
