TEKsystems in Grand Prairie, TX seeks an Appointment Setter / Account Representative for a contract-to-hire role. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and deliver exceptional customer service. No cold calling is required.

The schedule is full-time with a hybrid setup, weekday shifts 11am-8pm or 12pm-9pm, and one weekend day. Two weeks of onsite training are provided. The pay rate is $19/hour plus uncapped bonuses, with eligibility for benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, collections, retail, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.

What We're Looking For:

Schedule:

• Full-time, hybrid schedule

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
