Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our growth in North and South America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound leads generated through our website and other channels
  • Qualify prospects by identifying their needs and understanding their buying journey
  • Identify and prospect potential new partners.
  • Develop and grow the client portfolio in North America, targeting IT services companies, integrators, distributors, and large accounts.
  • Follow up and nurture relationships with prospects through emails, remote calls, and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records with prospect information and opportunity status
  • Close the leads
  • Attend industry events and conferences to boost company visibility.
Experience and profile required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in sales in the software industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of CRM tools
  • Fluency in English;
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of IT services companies, integrators, distributors, and large accounts in North America.
