HELP is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician for field work across residential job sites in the Cincinnati area. You will diagnose issues, educate homeowners, and present repair options to fit their home and budget, while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service.

The role includes a base pay with commissions, a company vehicle, tools, iPhone/iPad, uniforms, and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match and PTO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to educate homeowners and present Good, Better, Best repair and replacement options.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of local plumbing and mechanical codes.
• Comfortable using tablets and mobile software to complete estimates and service documentation.

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
